Received an incorrect or faulty product? Immedately email us at salam@thewomenzone.pk with your Order ID and pictures explaining the issue and we'd be happy to replace it for free!

You can only apply for a size exchange within 3 days of receiving the product at salam@thewomenzone.pk with all tags and packaging intact without any signs of use. Delivery charges apply for size exchange and may take 15-20 days. You'll have to send the product first to our warehouse and once inspected, you'll be sent your requested size.
We do not accept change of mind requests for a design change on modest dresses.

Memoona The colour is a little different from the photo but otherwise, the dress is lovely. Love the fabric and the large seam is perfect. Not a fan of the neckline, it's hard to wear with smaller scarves as it's a bit large.
