General

Unfortunately we don't. But we deliver all over Pakistan and internationally. You just have to order at our website and it'll be on your doorstep.
We do, however, sometimes exhibit in Karachi. Please follow our social media for such updates.

Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request any time before they are processed through whatsapp (+923347313410) or email (salam@thewomenzone.pk). We email you once the order is processed. No changes can be made after that and the return policy will then apply.

You either provided incorrect phone number or incorrect address. Or you did not pick up the phone. We do not dispatch orders if not confirmed on call. Please pick up the phone when you get a call from unknown number otherwise your order will be cancelled if not confirmed within two days. We make a minimum of three call attempts to every customer at different times.

Bank transfer orders do not need any call confirmation. They are dispatched once the payment has been made.

The Women Zone may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:

Out of stock items
Pricing or technical errors
Suspicious Customers

We will always email you to inform about any cancellations.

We currently have three payment options available:

- Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (IBFT)
- Easypaisa

Rs 500 will be charged in advance for orders above Rs 8000 for first-time customers or as deemed fit by The Women Zone.

Rs 250 is charged in advance for all self-collection orders or hostel/university addresses.

Once you refuse a parcel on doorstep after order confirmation, you will be required to pay delivery charges and will not be allowed to use COD option again. Your details will be added to a fraudulent client database if you refuse to pay the delivery charges.

Product Related

All measurements for hijabs are approximate. We measure one piece of each design containing hundreds of pieces. It's not possible to measure all hundreds and thousands of pieces. Hence please allow margin of 2-3 inches for all measurements mentioned, due to manual error.

Although we try our best to capture colors as close as possible to how they appear in real, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent match. The difference between different display screens is minimal but beyond our control. For a test, you can view the same picture on our website in two different phones - Apple and Samsung and you'll be able to understand the difference that different LCDs cause.

Shipping and Returns

All orders within Karachi take from 2-4 working days for delivery, exclusive of Sundays, Public holidays, and/or any miscellaneous strikes etc.

Orders outside Karachi may take 4-8 working days for delivery.

For urgent orders, please contact on our Whatsapp number +923347313410 mentioning your city, order items and the date you need the order by and we'll let you know if an arrangement can be made.

Please note
For COD orders, it's necessary for you to answer order confirmation call which takes 24 hours after you placed the order and the order is dispatched the next day. If you want to avoid this process, please choose easypaisa/bank transfer as paid orders are processed immediately after payment is received, without calls.

Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will not be the responsbility of The Women Zone.

Due to country restrictions, we are unable to deliver in India.

We don't have a return policy but we do have an exchange policy.

You must initiate an exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order through email 

Please email at salam@thewomenzone.pk mentioning your order ID, reason of exchange and the items you want to send back. 

Once approved, please send the exchange items back at our Karachi warehouse with your original order ID mentioned clearly on top of it. The items should reach us no later than 10 days after your request has been approved. 

We’ll issue you a voucher of the scarves amount after inspection that you can use at any of your future purchases.

For an exchange to take place, the item(s) must be in the same condition they were delivered in with all their packaging and/or tag(s) intact. Claim of exchange can be rejected if item(s) are found to be stained, worn, or modified from their original condition when they reach us, in which case the buyer will not be compensated.

Customers are responsible for any courier charges incurred during the exchange process due to change of mind
